The Venus Factor

When you start looking for a weight-reduction program or a fitness program you are not sure what you will end up with. Most likely you will spend a few hours searching for what appears to be the right programs only to find out they don’t work.

The simplified basic theory of reducing weight is to burn more energy (calories), than you eat. When you eat high quality food and stay away from processed food and genetically modified organism (GMO) ingredients the benefits are amazing, then add exercise to eating high quality food it becomes a winning combination.

The Venus Factor is just that, a winning combination of good nutrition, to help your body kick the metabolism into high speed to burn more energy (calories), and fitness to help your body burn even more energy faster, resulting in faster fat-reduction and more toned muscle. We know that muscle is more dense so it weights more than fat, which is bulky.

Most foods at the average grocery store will usually have preservatives, artificial flavoring, some form of artificial coloring, flavor enhancing agents, high fructose corn syrup, GMO ingredients and the list goes on. In combination with exercise, for example, walking at a brisk rate, some sort of weight training, dancing or even house cleaning (yuck, nobody likes this right?). The exercise will help you to burn more calories and tone your muscles all at the same time, so you feel great and look great.

Weight Loss Bully: We Will Not Lose!

weight lossHi Hugo, just want to thank you for a great book on how to lose weight. I am 26 years that was my big boy lifestyle and believes the car less then a Colombian mine.

To get his book used to see do something about my weight because I would be getting some lame excuse to do nothing on my TI. Until I saw your video and all those who have clicked! The video only motivated to lose weight and tips so much I decided to be your guide helped me. And life has been great so far!
